Josh Hudson
PRESIDENT
Josh Hudson has been with Pliler International for nearly 15 years, serving in a variety of roles including truck sales and most recently as General Manager of the Longview location. Throughout his career, Josh has demonstrated a rare combination of strategic vision, customer-first thinking, and the ability to build strong, engaged teams. His leadership style empowers those around him and fosters a sense of shared ownership in Pliler’s mission. As President, Josh is well-positioned to guide the company into its next chapter while staying true to the values that have fueled its success.
Stephen Pliler
GENERAL MANAGER - SHREVEPORT
Stephen Pliler steps into the role of General Manager in Shreveport bringing energy, experience, and deep-rooted family pride. As the third generation of the Pliler family, Stephen has grown through the organization in roles ranging from shop hand to Truck & Bus Sales. His extensive knowledge of IC Bus and International Trucks, paired with his natural ability to connect with customers, makes him an ideal leader for the Shreveport location. Stephen’s enthusiasm and drive will be a key force in continuing to elevate the dealership and serve customers at the highest level.
Shane Smith
IDEALEASE & OPERATIONS MANAGER
With more than 20 years at Pliler International, Shane Smith brings unmatched institutional knowledge and operational expertise to his new role. Known for his sharp analytical skills and solutions-focused mindset, Shane is exceptionally well-suited to lead the Idealease division and oversee day-to-day operations. Beyond his professional strengths, Shane is known for his adventurous spirit and work-hard, play-hard attitude, bringing energy, balance, and authenticity to everything he does. His leadership will continue to strengthen both our operations and our culture.
Caleb McGaugh
PARTS MANAGER - LONGVIEW
Caleb McGaugh transitions into the role of Parts Manager after serving as Assistant Service Manager in Longview. Approaching his eighth year with Pliler International, Caleb has earned a reputation for reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether working with customers or supporting fellow team members, Caleb consistently brings a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. In his new role, he will apply the same customer-focused approach that has defined his work in service to the parts department.
Wendell Miller
TRUCK & BUS SALES - SHREVEPORT
As Wendell Miller approaches his 10-year anniversary with Pliler International, he moves from Parts Manager in Longview into Truck & Bus Sales in Shreveport. Wendell is widely known for his genuine nature, disciplined approach, and ability to light up any room he enters. His deep product knowledge and sincere desire to make a positive impact on those around him make him a natural fit for sales. Wendell embodies what it means to be part of the Pliler family, consistently delivering beyond expectations and building lasting relationships.
Bryan Lewis
IDEALEASE SERVICE MANAGER
Joining Pliler as the newest member of our leadership team, Bryan Lewis brings years of experience in the trucking and service industries. As Idealease Service Manager, Bryan will oversee the skilled technicians responsible for maintaining our Idealease fleet—an essential component of our daily operations. His leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the team, and we’re excited to have him lead this critical area of the business.
