"I started with Idealease 18 years ago answering phones and had little to no knowledge of truck rental and leasing. As time went on, I started to gain the knowledge needed in order to advance in the company. I started handling service tickets and helping do rentals. My manager at the time decided to move me to rental and sent me to a rental training class at our corporate office. There I gained even more knowledge. I have worked my way to Rental Manager where I have become rather successful and enjoy doing what I do. I have worked hard over the years and have earned 7 President's Club awards for being among the top performers in the country."

"I began my career here in December of 2000 where I have been crossed trained into many departments throughout my time with Pliler International. I started out as a mechanic performing various repairs and maintenance. In 2003 I was sent to school to become a Louisiana State Vehicle inspector. I was then promoted to Service Writer in 2012, while in this role I took on the role as Warranty Administrator. In August of 2018 I moved into the parts department working on the back counter where I could use my knowledge as a technician and Warranty Administrator to help the technicians obtain the parts they need for needed repairs."

"I came on board in 2003 as a receptionist & Accounts Receivable. From there I advanced to Accounts Payable and a few short years later I was fortunate enough to be asked to fill the role of Office Manager. Fifteen years later I still enjoy my job and the people I work with. One of my most memorable events was our big move in 2014 to our brand-new facility. It amazes me how much we have grown in the last few years and I am excited about our future."

"I began my career with this company back in 2005 in truck sales, fresh out of college and with no knowledge of the industry. Through great mentorship and training I gained the knowledge to become a successful salesman. Later, I was the given the opportunity to manage the Idealease department where I found my passion for management and leasing. After several years of managing Idealease I was promoted to General Manager and then earned a spot on the Board of Directors. With the training and support I received I was able to win many sales and leadership awards and though great teamwork we have won many dealership awards as well. The company has given me everything I need to be successful all I had to do was provide the drive and desire."
